Features: This standard specifies the main principles that should be followed in the design of computer monitoring systems for power networks in thermal power plants. This standard is applicable to the design of computer monitoring systems for power networks in thermal power plants. New thermal power plants with unit capacity of 125MW or higher and output voltage of 220kV or higher are recommended to adopt computer monitoring for their power networks. Foreign-related projects, as well as expansions, renovations, or small and medium-sized thermal power plants with unit capacity below 125MW, may refer to this standard for use.
