Features: This regulation is revised according to the arrangement of the original State Economic and Trade Commission's "Notice on Confirming the Plan for the Development and Revision of Power Industry Standard Projects in 1998" (No. 40 of State Economic and Trade Commission on Power Industry [1999]). This regulation applies to the selection of conductors and electrical equipment for new projects of power plants and substations with voltage levels of (3～500) kV, and can be referred to for expansion and renovation projects.
