Features: Lighting electrical appliances are essential products in people's daily lives. With China's economic development and the improvement of people's living standards, the use of lighting electrical appliances has become increasingly widespread, and the demand for product quality has grown. To further enhance the safety performance and quality of lighting electrical appliances and regulate manufacturers and sales markets, the country has accelerated the speed of standard formulation and revision, strengthened the adoption of standards, and narrowed the gap with advanced foreign products in terms of standards. The inclusion of some standards in the mandatory product certification catalog further demonstrates the emphasis placed on such products by national authorities.
The Lighting Electrical Appliance Standards Collection has been published three times by our press: May 1996 (first edition), October 1997 (second edition), and October 1999 (third edition). Given the large number of standards for lighting electrical appliances formulated and revised in recent years, some standards in previous editions are no longer applicable. This volume of the collection gathers a total of 69 lighting-related standards issued before May 2005, including 39 national standards and 30 industry standards. When using this collection, readers are advised to note the following points:
1. Due to the timeliness of standards, some of the standards collected in this volume may have been revised or reissued. Readers are advised to use the latest valid version when referencing them.
2. Considering the varying publication years of the standards, inconsistencies in units and quantities, as well as differences in standard formats, have not been altered.
3. The attributes of the standards collected in this volume (mandatory or recommended) are indicated in the table of contents, and the standard year designations are expressed as four-digit numbers. Due to the varying publication years of the standards, the main text retains its original format.
