Features: The China Environmental Protection Laws and Regulations Compendium (2000–2001), compiled by the Policy and Regulations Department of the National Environmental Protection Administration (NEPA), has been published by the China Environmental Science Press. The book is divided into twelve parts: Environmental and Resource Laws, the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan and Environmental Protection, Environmental and Resource Administrative Regulations, Regulatory Documents and Economic Policies on Environmental Protection, Environmental Protection Departmental Rules and Regulatory Documents, Interpretations of NEPA on Administrative Enforcement of Environmental Protection, Interpretations by the General Office of the State Council on Environmental and Resource Issues, Interpretations by the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Environmental Protection, Provisions on Environmental Protection in Economic Laws, Provisions on Administrative Enforcement According to Law, and new international environmental treaty documents. This book, along with the China Environmental Protection Laws and Regulations Compendium (1982–1997), China Environmental Protection Laws and Regulations Compendium (1997–1999), and China Environmental Protection Laws and Regulations Compendium (1999–2000), all serve as reference tools for environmental administrative enforcement.
