Part 1 Introduction discusses the concept, system, and basic theoretical issues of international economic law, such as the subjects of international economic law.
Part 2 discusses the legal system of international trade, mainly including the laws and regulations of international commodity trade, international trade in technology, and international trade in services.
Part 3 introduces the legal system of international investment, including the legal systems of capital-importing countries, capital-exporting countries, and international investment protection.
Part 4 explores the legal system of international finance, focusing on the legal systems of private financing, international securities, international payments, and international financial regulation.
Part 5 studies the legal system of international taxation, covering issues such as tax jurisdiction, international double taxation and avoidance methods, and the prevention of international tax evasion.
Part 6 elaborates on the legal system of international economic dispute resolution, such as international commercial arbitration, the dispute resolution mechanism of the World Trade Organization, and the resolution of investment disputes between states and their nationals.
