Features: Since 1984, the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) has been held by the Japan Foundation and the Japan Society for International Educational Exchange for non-native Japanese speakers of different nationalities and skin colors who are learners and enthusiasts of the Japanese language. The listening comprehension section not only includes transcripts of the audio recordings at the back of the book but also comes with an accompanying audio cassette. To give learners a preview of the exam atmosphere, the first test is completely formatted according to the structure of past exams. At the end of the book, there are samples of answer sheets and answers to all the questions. It is hoped that the publication of this set of tests will provide more assistance to candidates preparing for the exam.
