Features: This book is the sixth volume in the "Dongfang" series of university-level Russian textbooks jointly compiled by Beijing Foreign Studies University and the Pushkin Russian Language Institute of the Russian Federation. It is designed for third-year undergraduate students of Russian majors in Chinese universities, specifically for oral and written practice courses in the second semester of their junior year. Advanced oral and written courses are the core components of all practical courses. Their fundamental task is to develop and refine language skills while enhancing oral and written communication abilities. In the third year, the specific objectives are: 1. Increase vocabulary, strengthen the active use of common words and sentence patterns, and improve language application skills. 2. Expand the thematic scope of teaching content, enhance the ability to analyze and comprehend articles on social, cultural, political, economic, technological, and other topics, as well as modern literary works. On this basis, focus is placed on cultivating the ability to express oneself orally and in writing. 3. Develop and enhance independent working skills. This book consists of eight lessons, including three literary lessons, with each lesson estimated to require 12–14 class hours.
