Features: The TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) is developed by the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in the United States as a standard for international professional English assessment. It is adopted by more than 60 countries and 4,000 multinational companies and serves as a requirement for recruitment, employee promotions, and overseas assignments. The TOEIC certificate is known as the "access card for professional white-collar workers." The TOEIC test was introduced to China by the National Ministry of Labor and Social Security in November 2002. It is currently the only examination program in China to be authorized by both the U.S. and China, and the National Ministry of Labor and Social Security issues the "China Professional English Level Certificate" to those who pass the test.
