Features: The "Quota for Hydraulic Engineering Construction" was developed based on the "Budget Quota for Hydraulic Engineering Construction" formulated by our Ministry. It includes nine chapters and an appendix covering earth excavation, rock excavation, earth-rock filling, concrete engineering, formwork engineering, aggregate preparation, drilling and grouting as well as anchoring, dredging, and other engineering projects. This quota is applicable to medium and large-scale water conservancy projects and serves as the basis for preparing preliminary design estimates. It is suitable for projects in areas with an elevation of 2,000 meters or less above sea level. For areas with an elevation greater than 2,000 meters, adjustments are calculated based on the elevation of the water conservancy structure and the specified adjustment system. The elevation should be based on the top elevation of the dam or sluice. If there is no dam or sluice, the top elevation of the powerhouse should be used. Each project can only use one adjustment coefficient. This quota does not include factors related to winter, rainy season, or special regional climate conditions affecting construction, nor does it cover additional facility costs. The quota is formulated based on a three-shift system with eight hours of work per shift per day. If a one-shift or two-shift system is adopted, the quota remains unchanged. The "Work Content" in this quota briefly describes the main construction processes and procedures for each chapter. The labor, materials, and machinery required for minor construction processes, procedures, and necessary auxiliary work are also included in the quota.
