Features: Our bodies' desires are always short-sighted, while our spiritual ideals and aspirations turn our eyes to the future. It has been more than a quarter of a century since Maslow's death, yet there is no sign of his reputation declining. In my view, this means that the era of Maslow has not yet arrived, and the significance of his theories and doctrines belongs to the future. In the coming 21st century, their full meaning will be revealed. If I were to explain what contribution it is, I would say that this contribution is Maslow's most important description of human nature since Freud. When Maslow emphasized that all healthy people have peak experiences, he pointed out that these experiences are not profound or mysterious but are ordinary parts of people's lives, providing a new perspective for understanding human nature.
