Treatment methods for balanoposthitis:
(1) Trichomoniasis balanitis: 0.5%–1% lactic acid solution, 0.5% acetic acid solution, or 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution can be used to rinse the glans and inner foreskin.
(2) Candida balanitis: Baking soda solution can be used to clean the affected area, or imidazole ointments such as Daktarin ointment or clotrimazole ointment can be applied externally.
(3) Dandelion wash: Take 30g of dandelion, 30g of chrysanthemum, and 10g of, decoct them, and use the liquid to wash the affected area externally once a day, with each application lasting about 20 minutes.
(4) Gentian powder: The main ingredient is gentian. Take an appropriate amount of gentian powder, add a small amount of water, and mix into a paste. Apply externally to the affected area once a day.
(5) Bacterial balanitis: 3% boric acid solution (200mL) or 0.1% rivanol solution can be used to rinse the affected area twice a day, with each application lasting 20 minutes.
