Is my situation serious?

Patient's question:

Diagnosed with mild varicocele, normal semen analysis, but the sperm head abnormality rate is 99%. It didn't specifically mention whether it was small head or large head, etc.

Doctor's answer:

If there is no history of infertility, theoretically, it is sufficient to observe as long as active sperm are present in the semen. Generally, there are no issues such as oligospermia, asthenozoospermia, teratozoospermia, or liquefaction problems. At the current stage, the focus should be on eugenics, with emphasis on the female undergoing eugenic care in the gynecology department, rather than treating infertility.
Do not treat the normal as abnormal or magnify minor problems. Otherwise, if this flawed logic continues to develop, it will lead to excessive medication with little or no effect.
