Can testicular tumors undergo testicular transplantation surgery?

Patient's question:

Previously, when checked by the doctor, it was found that there was only one testicle, and it was swollen for no reason.

Doctor's answer:

Testicular swelling: Approximately 80% of patients experience significant testicular swelling in the early stages, without pain, even under local pressure. However, don't be complacent just because it doesn't hurt. The testicle feels hard and has a stone-like texture, which is distinctly different from the uniform swelling and softer texture seen in ordinary testicular inflammation. A heavy sensation: As the tumor grows, its weight increases sharply. If you hold the testicle in your hand, it feels like you're holding a stone. Pain in the scrotum and lower abdomen. In the early stages, testicular tumors may sometimes cause bleeding or necrosis within the scrotum or testicle, or rupture due to trauma. If the tumor invades the tissues outside the testicle, it can cause severe pain in the scrotum or make the testicle hang down, pulling on local nerves and reflexively causing lower abdominal pain. Gynecomastia or infertility: Gynecomastia or infertility may also be caused by testicular tumors and should be noted. When suspicious symptoms are detected, you can lie flat on your bed and gently press one testicle with your thumb and index finger of your right hand, then roll it from left to right 5-6 times to check if both testicles are of equal size.
