This marks the beginning of a new era in the construction of teaching repertoire for vocal art education in China. The "Vocal Music Teaching Library" first highlights its teaching nature. The "Vocal Music Teaching Library" also clearly demonstrates its documentary nature. The works in the "Library" include both classic masterpieces that are widely loved and long-lasting, as well as works that have had a significant impact on the development of vocal art, thus becoming preserved repertoire for vocal teaching. This volume includes artistic songs from the 1920s to the late 1990s, nearly a century of creations. For the works after the founding of New China, they not only reflect the characteristics of the era but also record the artistic features of songs from different times, providing a wealth of well-honed repertoire for vocal teaching. In the selection process, equal attention is given to the long-standing historical background and characteristics of the works, with greater emphasis on highlighting the teaching role of the repertoire. This volume is divided into two parts: the upper and lower volumes.
