Features: The author edited and compiled this series of books, neither solely studying the Kuomintang nor solely studying the Communist Party of China, but rather examining the relationship between the two parties over more than 70 years from a historical perspective. Neither solely focusing on Taiwan nor solely on the mainland of China, the series emphasizes the study of cross-strait relations over more than 40 years. In summary, our focus is to study the "two relationships" from various periods, fields, and perspectives. We conduct research on the history of the "two relationships" in a vertical manner while also exploring the theories of the "two relationships" in a horizontal manner, with an emphasis on theory, combining historical analysis with theoretical insights. The series is initially planned to include 20 volumes, each with 25-30,000 words. The compilers are guided by dialectical materialism and historical materialism, analyzing historical and contemporary issues objectively, striving to reveal the laws of development in cross-party relations and cross-strait relations. The series aims to achieve a scientific system, rich content, correct perspectives, reliable sources, fluent language, and a perfect integration of scientific rigor, theoretical depth, and readability.
