Doctor's answer:

Prostatitis primarily presents with urinary discomfort, a sense of fullness and discomfort in the posterior urethra, perineum, and anal area, with the pain worsening when squatting, having a bowel movement, or sitting on chairs/benches for extended periods. It can lead to decreased libido, painful ejaculation, premature ejaculation, and affect semen quality. Additionally, a white discharge from the urethral opening may occur after urination or a bowel movement. If combined with seminal vesiculitis, hematospermia may also be present.
Prostatitis can be treated. After successfully treating prostatitis, address the issue of low semen volume by abstaining from sexual activity for a period and taking Wuzi Yanzong Wan and Jinkui Shenqi Wan for treatment.
