Patient's question:
Medical Description: June 1, 2010 to August 15, 2010. Difficulty in achieving erection due to excessive masturbation, loss of libido. Since June, there have been some difficulties in achieving an erection, but it would return after masturbation in the morning and function normally by the afternoon. This happened several times. However, from the 3rd to the 10th, there was masturbation every day, with two instances of double ejaculation over two days. After resting for two days, the erection became very soft for two more days, and on the third day, it became completely unable to erect, very soft. Now, only watching pornographic videos or reading novels can cause an erection, and even daydreaming is no longer effective. I am 16 this year, and have been masturbating since I was 12 or 13. For three or four years, masturbation was excessive, sometimes four times a day.History of Treatment and Effects: No treatment has been sought.
