Features: This book is the teaching material used by the author over the years when teaching Modern Western Economics at Renmin University of China and other institutions. The book is divided into three parts, sequentially: Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, and Dynamic Economics. The current volume only includes Part 1: Macroeconomics. Parts 2 and 3, Microeconomics and Dynamic Economics, will constitute the upcoming second volume. Topics such as economic growth, business cycles, inflation, and the Cambridge School of Economics are included in the dynamic section. The appendix of the second volume will be a bilingual (Chinese-English) of all translated names and reference books.
