What is chronic nonbacterial prostatitis?

Patient's question:

I recently don't know what's going on, my lower body is very uncomfortable, and I'm not getting morning erections anymore. What is chronic non-bacterial prostatitis?

Doctor's answer:

Prostate fluid examination: If there are more than 10 white blood cells per high-power field under the microscope in the prostate fluid, and the number of lecithin corpuscles is reduced, prostatitis can be diagnosed. If bacterial culture is performed simultaneously, a definitive diagnosis and classification of chronic prostatitis can be made. If the bacterial culture result of the prostatic fluid is positive, the diagnosis is chronic bacterial prostatitis; otherwise, it is chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.
