Glanditis with slight itching, redness, and a small amount of discharge. This is considered mild balanitis. If properly treated, it usually returns to normal within 2-3 days. Wear soft cotton underwear frequently, clean with Jie Er Yin, and maintain dryness and ventilation. If there is no pain, you can have sexual intercourse, but you must wear a condom. Oral medication such as levofloxacin can be taken for anti-inflammatory purposes. You can also clean with Fu Yin Jie or a 0.1% potassium permanganate solution.
