What's wrong with the left groin being swollen every day

Patient's question:

I am 25 years old. A while ago, I had a Mycoplasma culture done, and the result was negative. The results of my two routine prostate examinations were: white blood cells were only as high as 3-7, and only the lecithin was slightly low, with one to two plus signs. An ultrasound showed inflammatory nodules in my epididymis. I can also feel a half-bean-sized nodule between the head of the epididymis and the testicle with my hand. What I want to ask is: why does my left testicle randomly have a dull ache? The pain isn't severe, just a dull ache, a bit like a pulled muscle. There is no redness or swelling in the testicle. My left inguinal area is swollen every day, but it doesn't hurt, just feels tight. I have taken five boxes of 10 tablets each of levofloxacin hydrochloride.

Doctor's answer:

This condition should be differentiated from testicular pain caused by metrorrhagia or hernia.
Analysis of Testicular Pain Testicular diseases are primarily attributed to the liver. They often result from damp-heat descending, or cold-dampness stagnation, or blood stasis obstructing the liver channel, all of which can lead to this condition. Clinically, common patterns include liver-channel damp-heat, liver-channel cold stagnation, and liver-channel stasis.
Liver-channel damp-heat pattern is accompanied by symptoms such as irritability, bitter taste in the mouth, dry throat, yellow urine, and constipation. Liver-channel cold stagnation pattern is characterized by a dull lower abdominal cold pain and symptoms like cold limbs and aversion to cold.
