Features: The research methods adopted in this study, questionnaire surveys and empirical testing methods, address the research questions by analyzing and examining experience data from manufacturing listed companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets and from questionnaire surveys. We first used the experience data of manufacturing listed companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets to test the benefits of ERP system implementation. Then, we used questionnaire survey data to analyze the current status of ERP system implementation and application in domestic enterprises. Additionally, we used problem survey data to build models and analyze the key factors influencing the benefits of ERP system implementation and application. The research conclusions of this book will help correct various misconceptions and biases about ERP system implementation, provide a more comprehensive understanding of the current status and overall expected benefits of ERP system implementation in domestic enterprises, and assist enterprises preparing for or currently implementing ERP systems in identifying the key factors for successful implementation, understanding how to effectively manage these factors, and thereby boosting confidence in ERP implementation, reducing risks, increasing the success rate of ERP implementation, and promoting the informatization construction of Chinese enterprises. This book is further revised and completed based on the author's doctoral dissertation and represents an initial attempt to conduct empirical research on issues related to ERP system implementation and application. Due to research conditions and the author's academic limitations, the research in this book inevitably has certain constraints. Although these limitations may affect some research integrations, the author believes that "research is a continuous process of exploration and discovery," and the mistakes of predecessors can serve as a foundation for subsequent researchers. Therefore, the author completed this research with a scientific and rigorous attitude.
