Can you get pregnant with symptoms of semen not liquefying?

Patient's question:

Four months ago, we got pregnant, but due to natural selection, we had a miscarriage. Now we are ready to have a child. When we had sexual intercourse, the sperm was released into her body for about 5 minutes. My wife went to the bathroom and found that the sperm formed a clump. Is this a symptom of azoospermia? Can we get pregnant with azoospermia symptoms?

Doctor's answer:

The semen of males is in a liquefied state immediately after ejaculation and will solidify into a gel-like or clotted state within a very short period of time. After 10 to 30 minutes, the semen gradually liquefies into a watery liquid. This phenomenon is a normal physiological process. If the semen remains in a gel-like state for less than 30 minutes after ejaculation, it indicates delayed liquefaction; if it does not liquefy within 60 minutes, it suggests a pathological condition known as semen non-liquefaction.
