Features: To regulate the professional practice of certified asset valuers, since 2001, the Ministry of Finance and China Asset Valuation Association have successively issued seven asset valuation standards projects, including two basic standards. For the convenience of a wide range of valuation practitioners and relevant departments and personnel to study and reference, China Asset Valuation Association has compiled and published the issued asset valuation standards. The development of asset valuation standards is a systematic work. The seven issued standards projects belong to different levels of the standards system. To facilitate readers to systematically understand China's asset valuation standards system and the status of each standards project within the system, this book includes "Explanation on the Construction of China's Asset Valuation Standards" for readers' reference. The construction of asset valuation standards is a long-term process. China Asset Valuation Association will promptly develop new standards projects in accordance with the requirements of the basic standards and the needs of valuation business development, and will also revise the issued standards projects in a timely manner as needed.
