We have included selected common buffers and reagent preparations from Modern Molecular Biology Experimental Techniques by Lu Shengdong et al. as an appendix to this book, thereby enriching the experimental content of molecular biology. The experiments included in this book are based on teaching requirements, drawing references from published molecular biology books, and incorporating the practical conditions of our laboratory. From experimental design and selection to operation, all aspects have undergone multiple practices and repeated verification. Many of the contents are reliable research achievements obtained through the hard work of graduate students. Therefore, this book is essentially a compilation of the diligent efforts of numerous Peking University students and teachers.
