What medicine can treat premature ejaculation

Patient's question:

Now it seems that Librium is hard to buy
What other medications can replace it?
I mean, what other medications can still treat premature ejaculation?

Doctor's answer:

Hello:
A. Oral Medications: To reduce excitability, small doses of anti-anxiety or sedative drugs can be administered. Choose one of the following:
Brompheniramine tablets 0.1–0.3 grams, three times daily.
Phenobarbital 0.03 grams, three times daily.
Oryzanol 10 milligrams, three times daily.
Propantheline 30 milligrams + Chloral Hydrate 20 milligrams, once nightly.
Methydopa 25 milligrams, taken one hour before intercourse to inhibit ejaculation.
  B. Topical Medications: Wash the glans penis 0.5–1 hour before intercourse, then apply a small amount of anesthetic ointment, such as 1% Dyclonine ointment, or 1% Lidocaine or 2% Cocaine. Note that only a small amount should be applied to the tip of the glans—excessive application may reduce the ejaculation reflex, even leading to anejaculation, and may also affect erectile function, causing weak erections.
