Features: "Corporate Culture Salon" is organized by the China Economic Press. It is a relaxed and learning-oriented publication. The purpose of creating this publication is to provide a platform for management-level executives to exchange ideas, starting from small steps to enhance understanding and address the issues of improving the quality and capabilities of corporate management personnel. The content of this book remains very rich. "Online Network" emphasizes "Private Enterprises Should Boldly Move Forward," analyzing "Where the Breakthrough Point Is in State-Owned Enterprise Reform." The article in the "Art of Personnel Management" discusses the two pairs of relationships between retention and promotion, and between salary increases and promotion. The "After Dinner" section introduces the success stories of Toyota Company in Japan and Xerox Company in the United States. The "Theoretical Classics" section focuses on the relationship between the reform and restructuring of state-owned enterprises, explaining that deepening the system differs from reforming the system. Indeed, a portion of state-owned enterprises must evolve from institutional to public enterprises, and we must not revert to the original nature of these public enterprises. We must not treat such evolution as the reform goal of state-owned enterprises. In the "Book Recommendations" section, we recommend an autobiographical work. The book, titled "Jack Welch," tells the legendary life of Jack Welch, the former CEO of General Electric in the United States. It primarily focuses on the tough management experience of this world-renowned CEO, allowing readers to delve into Jack Welch's inner world and understand his extraordinary management wisdom.
