Can men with high sperm deformity still have children?

Patient's question:

My boyfriend has a high rate of abnormal sperm (95%). Can we get pregnant? My previous wife got pregnant prematurely and later passed away. Is there a connection with this condition?

Doctor's answer:

So-called sperm refers to poorly developed sperm. Sperm refers to men of reproductive age who, if they have more than two consecutive semen analyses, have a sperm density of over 20 million per milliliter. A refers to sperm with linear movement of 25% or more, but sperm with normal head morphology is less than 30%, which can be diagnosed as sperm. We know that the morphology of sperm is closely related to its activity and fertilization ability. The more normal sperm there are, the higher the fertilization rate; conversely, the lower the fertilization rate.
