Features: This chapter's research is an interdisciplinary study based on behavioral science theories and methods. Through a systematic study of the factors that constrain entrepreneurial innovation behavior, it attempts to innovate in the following aspects: First, based on a systematic study of the factors that constrain entrepreneurial innovation behavior, this paper attempts to integrate an entrepreneurial innovation behavior obstacle model. Second, through a systematic study of the factors that influence entrepreneurial innovation behavior, this paper argues that the failure of Chinese entrepreneurs during the transition from a planned economy to a market economy has profound social, political, technological, and cultural roots. The combination of this external objective environment and the personal subjective conditions of entrepreneurs makes the failure of entrepreneurial innovation inevitable. Third, this paper argues that entrepreneurs, as specific social roles, require specific individuals with the right qualifications to succeed. Fourth, the elimination of obstacles to entrepreneurial innovation behavior depends on effective incentives for entrepreneurial innovation behavior. Institutional incentives, intellectual property incentives, and reputation incentives are the main forms of incentives.
