Features: The research of this topic aims to conduct some innovative explorations on the intrinsic relationship between economic growth and the population under public financial support in 12 western provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions of China through mathematical and statistical analysis methods, thereby providing a strong theoretical basis for institutional reform and administrative allocation in the western region and even the entire country, as well as for administrative system and government scale control. It needs to be explained that: , in the research of this topic, due to the requirements of authoritative statistical data and the difficulties in data collection and organization, we selected data for the entire western region when studying the economic growth of western impoverished areas. This is empirically valid. Second, for the 12 western provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, we not only studied the overall situation but also conducted in-depth research on Gansu Province, which is lagging behind in the western region, and took Huining County, a typical impoverished county in the country, as a special case for thematic discussion. I believe this approach is sufficiently convincing. Third, in Chapter 6, under the title "Theoretical Summary and Empirical Strategy," we amplified the full value of the research topic, explaining that the study of the appropriate ratio between economic growth and the population under public financial support in the 12 western provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions has both academic value and empirical significance that is not limited to the western region but is also meaningful for the entire country. Fourth, given that the research of this topic is mainly based on mathematical and statistical analysis methods to study the economic growth and the appropriate ratio of the population under public financial support in the 12 western provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, it is inevitable to cite a large amount of, or even national and provincial statistical data from western regions. The data is abundant, and the calculations are complex. This is both a feature of this research topic and an unavoidable issue. For most gentlemen who are accustomed to reading literary works, it may be somewhat tedious, but I believe you will understand this point.
