How to treat mold prostatitis

Patient's question:

My husband has prostatitis, which seems to affect many men. Recently, he hasn't been in good spirits, and he always experiences premature ejaculation during intercourse. Additionally, he has symptoms like painful urination. I told him to get checked quickly to determine the type of prostatitis so he can take the right medication.

Doctor's answer:

1. Acute bacterial prostatitis: Can recur with symptoms such as urinary splitting, urethral itching, frequent urination, dysuria, difficulty urinating, painful ejaculation, painful erections, decreased libido, painful intercourse, premature ejaculation, hematuria, and the excretion of a small amount of thin, white liquid. In severe cases, it may be accompanied by groin referred pain or renal colic; sometimes it may only manifest as a sticky seal or soiled underwear.
2. Chronic bacterial prostatitis: Urethral discomfort or burning during urination, or symptoms such as urinary splitting, frequent urination, urinary urgency, dysuria, nocturia, discomfort or pain in the lumbosacral region or perineum, hematuria or bloody semen at the beginning or end of urination, and the leakage of white secretions from the urethral meatus after urination and defecation. Rarely accompanied by chills and fever, occasionally recurring muscle pain and joint pain may occur.
