Universities are an indispensable force in national and social development, and the level of scientific research reflects the educational standards and comprehensive strength of a university, serving as an important indicator of a modern university. Thus, the academic atmosphere of a university not only greatly influences and guides the research status of the institution but also permeates and nurtures the spirit of its pursuit of truth. This is as described by the British educational thinker John Henry Newman, who said that a university is the highest force of all knowledge and science, facts and principles, exploration and discovery, and experimentation and reflection. It maintains a free and neutral attitude, imparts universal knowledge, maps the boundaries of intellect, but never yields to any side.
