How to deal with impotence, premature ejaculation, and phimosis?

Patient's question:

My brother and his sister-in-law had a harmonious relationship when they first got married. Recently, my brother said he's been struggling with premature ejaculation and it's getting worse. I suspect he might have erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and phimosis. So, I want to ask the experts, what should be done about erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and phimosis?

Doctor's answer:

Circumcision should be performed. The main cause of premature ejaculation is unclear. You can simply acknowledge that it is natural and has nothing to do with sexual intercourse. In very few cases of chronic prostatitis, the duration of sexual intercourse is shorter, but this does not indicate that premature ejaculation is caused by prostatitis. There is no specific medication for treating premature ejaculation. Treating premature ejaculation with prostatitis therapy is incorrect. Circumcision to treat premature ejaculation is often regrettable. However, if appropriate methods are used, the majority of premature ejaculation cases can be alleviated. Premature ejaculation will never affect fertility.
