Features: To regulate the work of master's degree applications by individuals with equivalent academic qualifications and ensure the quality of degree conferment, the 16th meeting of the State Council Academic Degrees Commission decided to introduce a national unified examination on comprehensive academic level for master's degree applications by individuals with equivalent academic qualifications. Effective from September 1, 1999, individuals applying for master's degrees with equivalent academic qualifications must obtain the "Certificate of Qualification for the National Unified Examination on Comprehensive Academic Level in the Relevant Discipline" to meet the prerequisite for obtaining the master's degree. The purpose of the comprehensive academic level examination is to strengthen the macro-control and standardized management of the conferment of master's degrees to individuals with equivalent academic qualifications by the state, and it is an important component of the national assessment of the professional knowledge structure and level of individuals applying for master's degrees with equivalent academic qualifications. In 1998, experts were organized to compile and publish the "Outline and Guide for the National Unified Examination on Comprehensive Academic Level in Psychology for Master's Degree Applications by Individuals with Equivalent Academic Qualifications." Over the past five years, based on the suggestions of a large number of candidates and relevant experts, we have revised this book carefully on the basis of summarizing the experience of recent years' unified examinations. The revised outline (Second Edition) will serve as the basis for setting questions for the national unified examination on comprehensive academic level in psychology for master's degree applications by individuals with equivalent academic qualifications in the coming years. It can be used as a reference for teaching and tutoring by universities and colleges, as well as a study and preparation resource for candidates.
