2. Anatomical factors: The internal spermatic vein is long and enters the renal vein at a right angle, encountering certain resistance to blood flow. The left internal spermatic vein near the left renal vein lacks valves, making it easier for blood to flow backward.
Advice: Under normal conditions, the muscle fiber tissue in the spermatic capsule can function as a pump, promoting venous return. When this muscle fiber tissue becomes dilated or relaxed, it facilitates venous return, leading to varicocele.
