Features: It is believed that readers are not unfamiliar with the discourse of corporate governance structures, and there are countless relevant works on the subject. In contrast, research on non-profit entities both domestically and internationally is still in its early stages, with the governance structure of non-profit entities being likened to a "bud just beginning to show its sharp tip." This book attempts to propose its own views and ideas from a legal perspective on the construction of the governance structure of non-profit entities, with the aim of providing reference for the legal system that is about to be established. To this end, the book first defines the connotation and extension of non-profit entities, explores the theoretical foundation of their governance structures, and clarifies the relationship between legal and charter issues in governance. Subsequently, it focuses on providing detailed discussions on the establishment and operational rules of the deliberative organs, executive management organs, and relevant supervisory mechanisms within non-profit entities. Additionally, it addresses the special issues in the governance structure of endowment corporations, which, as (autonomous legal entities), exhibit unique characteristics.
