The objective existence of American cultural diversity indicates that in today's increasingly accelerated process of globalization, people should not only destroy the diversity of ethnic-racial cultures but should instead support the development of this diversity, achieve the integration of world culture on the basis of multiculturalism, maintain a balance between cultural diversity and unity, and engage in cultural dialogue and cooperation on the basis of coexistence, sharing, and equality. The purpose of this book is to contribute to the cultivation of cultural understanding.
