Features: The rewrite of this book is based on the revised version of Shuo Tang by Mr. Chen Ruheng. During the revision process, Mr. Chen had already made appropriate modifications to some chapter titles in the original book that were inconsistent with the content. Building upon Mr. Chen's revisions, this book has made further changes, so there will be significant differences in the length, chapters, and chapter titles compared to the original. For some of the strange tales, mythical beings, and supernatural elements in the original novel, this book has either cut them out or rewritten them. In terms of text processing, this book has rewritten the classical vernacular into modern colloquial language, while also appropriately incorporating some simple and easily understandable classical vernacular to preserve the flavor of storytelling. Shuo Tang is a popular vernacular novel widely circulated among the people. Set against the backdrop of peasant uprisings in the late Sui and Tang dynasties, the novel has created numerous heroic figures. Such as Cheng Yaojin, who is innocent, simple-minded, and has a humorous touch of recklessness; Qin Shubao, who is righteous and noble; and Yuchi Tie, who is immensely strong. These characters remain vivid on the modern stage and have become a spiritual treasure of the people.
