Features: I have repeatedly called for the freedom to start a business and the freedom to sign contracts. These rights must be transferred from the government to the people. It is indeed not a small matter for private enterprises to sue the government to assert their legitimate interests. It is actually a system innovation within China's innovation system. Chinese private enterprises will find space for survival and development in the tide of an open society. Respecting the property rights of every individual is also respecting the dream of the poor to become rich. The rural tax and fee issue is fundamentally not about whether more or less is collected, but about whether the entire system design is right.
