Features: A young goose girl who has just begun to experience first love is dreaming of how wonderful life could be when "weight loss" leaves her physically exhausted. On the very first day of her southward migration, she falls behind. Along the way, she sometimes joins forces with two older brothers who stay behind to look after her and other stragglers, and at other times, she temporarily joins other flocks of geese. Throughout the journey, she receives care from different flocks but also encounters hardships. Yet, through perseverance, cooperation, and open communication about their experiences and feelings, she gradually grows and matures. This is a true transformation of a goose girl who comes to understand the true meaning of life. Similarly, humans, at times, are filled with self-righteousness and deceitful vices that require such cleansing to truly integrate into a team. Only by expanding within the team can one avoid shrinking; if one ends up losing oneself, the sorrow would be immense. As the most intelligent beings on Earth, humans are not lacking in clever strategies. Management guru Greist tells us that outstanding strategies must be accompanied by outstanding execution to be effective. Once the correct strategy is determined, the key lies in execution, and the key to execution is the team. If every member of the team does not achieve true magnanimity and nearly self-sacrificing dedication, how can the proverb "many hands make light work" truly be realized?
