I'm not sure if I belong to premature ejaculation

Patient's question:

During coitus, if enduring a short duration with the traditional in-and-out motion, but sometimes being able to make the female enjoy by increasing friction through other methods, does this count as premature ejaculation? I feel my glans is quite sensitive. I'm unsure if I fall under the category of premature ejaculation?

Doctor's answer:

In clinical diagnosis, sexual activity lasting more than five minutes to about half an hour is considered normal, while less than five minutes is termed premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is a sexual dysfunction, and the causes of sexual dysfunction include several factors, such as neurovascular factors, endocrine factors, and also organic factors: primarily due to chronic inflammatory diseases such as prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, posterior urethritis, and bulbitis. Long-term intercourse, among other factors, or changes in neuropathology, or other genital inflammation such as a short preputial frenulum, can cause pain during penile erection, leading to sexual dysfunction.
