Patient's question:
Hello doctor, I am 29 years old and run my own business. I have been divorced for many years. In the past two years, everything was fine, but recently, I have been experiencing premature ejaculation every time I have sex with my wife. I would like to ask the doctor what is the best method to treat premature ejaculation?Doctor's answer:
Men with premature ejaculation have a faster bulbocavernosus reflex than those without the condition. This phenomenon, which encourages the theory that men with premature ejaculation possess a biological susceptibility, making their penis more sensitive, may be due to the high sensitivity of the glans nerve. Excessive stimulation of the spinal nerve center ultimately leads to ejaculation. Using the bioelectric vibratory threshold measurement method, the sensitivity of the glans, penile body, scrotum, and index finger (as a control) was measured in 120 patients with sexual dysfunction and 66 healthy male volunteers. Through this experiment, we have confirmed that premature ejaculation has this organic inflammatory basis.
