Shanghai Lu Xun Studies (Summer 2005)

Author: Shanghai Lu Xun Memorial Hall Compiler
Publisher:
Publishing Date: 2005-09-01
Features: The "A Group of Photos about Zhou Zuoren" published in this issue, starting from contemporary Japanese newspapers, reveals many of Zhou Zuoren's words and deeds during his time as a collaborator with the Japanese. These photographic materials are highly valuable for researching Zhou Zuoren's life and the evolution of his thoughts. Mr. Wang Yuanyuan once suggested that research on Lu Xun and traditional Chinese culture should be strengthened, and the newly established "Lu Xun's Reflections and Writings" column in this issue is an attempt to pursue this research. In this column, Zhang Lan's article reorganizes Lu Xun's work on inscriptions and seals, while Zhang Jie's article, though titled "Miscellaneous Notes," reflects the author's long-term interest in this field.
