Chapter 8 briefly introduces the concepts of health, disease, and environment and their interrelationships, as well as the content, methods, and communication skills with children. Chapter 9 briefly introduces the current status, problems, and intervention strategies for children's survival and development, with the aim of enabling students to adopt appropriate intervention measures based on the main health problems of children at different stages in their future work. Chapter 10 focuses on pre-natal health and early education, introducing the process and influencing factors of life formation, including pre-pregnancy preparation and prenatal care. Chapter 11 mainly introduces the factors influencing children's growth and development. Chapter 12 mainly introduces the early psychological and behavioral development of children, the management of temperament types and dimensions, and relevant theories of early childhood development. Chapter 13 mainly introduces the possibilities, objectives, methods, precautions, and skills of early childhood education. Chapter 14 briefly introduces relevant knowledge of medical genetics. This book can be used as a reference for primary and secondary school teachers and also as a guide for family child-rearing.
