Features: This book utilizes a large number of existing research findings and materials. Due to various reasons, the sources of these findings and materials are difficult to reflect specifically in the cases, so we can only express our sincere gratitude to all contributors here! This book is the second China MBA case edited by our chief editor. It still adopts the problem-based approach, selecting cases based on specific issues. The book collects three types of cases: the first type reflects the comprehensive innovation and development of private enterprises; the second type reflects the combination of capital operations and production operations in private enterprises; the third type reflects research cases on the reform issues of large state-owned enterprises. In addition to myself, Zhao Junchao and Tan Wei participated in the writing of this book, with the main writing done by the two of them, and I finally finalized the manuscript. Since this book is a case development, it extensively uses original materials provided by various enterprises. In particular, the enterprises involved in the cases are those of great interest to researchers and the media, and thus the book uses a large number of existing research findings and materials. Due to various reasons, the sources of these findings and materials are difficult to reflect specifically in the cases, so we can only express our sincere gratitude to all contributors here!
