In the "Cases and Analysis" section, selected cases related to the article are commented on to deepen understanding. This series focuses on reflecting China's recent mature theories and judicial practices. All content is aligned with the latest laws, regulations, rules, and judicial interpretations, and modifications to relevant laws are clearly stated in the corresponding sections. Moreover, we will update the series regularly based on newly promulgated laws to provide readers with the most up-to-date information. When this series was published, we had just entered the 21st century.
