This series comprehensively explains the legislative intent and specific application of nearly 50 commonly used laws in China, following the order of legal articles. It is divided into three main parts: keyword explanations, understanding and application, and cases and commentaries. This is to prevent disagreements in application. In the "Understanding and Application" section, the content and application of each article are elaborated on specifically. In the "Cases and Commentaries" section, selected cases related to each article are commented on to deepen understanding. This series focuses on reflecting China's recent mature theories and judicial practices. All content is aligned with the latest laws, regulations, rules, and judicial interpretations. Modifications to relevant laws are clearly stated in the corresponding sections. Moreover, we will update the series regularly based on newly promulgated laws to provide readers with the most up-to-date information. When this series was published, we had just entered the 21st century. We dedicate this book to our great motherland, to our great era, and to those who have contributed to the development of China's legal system.
