The quantity and level of detail of quality management system documents in different organizations depend on: the scale and type of activities of the organization; the complexity of processes and their interactions; and the capabilities of personnel.
For this reason, when preparing quality management system documents, organizations can select appropriate sections from this book, adapt them, and integrate them with other documents to fulfill their intended guiding role.
