Following the order of legal articles, this series comprehensively explains the legislative intent and specific application of each article through three main parts: keyword definitions, understanding and application, and cases and analysis. This aims to prevent disagreements in application. In the "Understanding and Application" section, the content and application of the article are elaborated in detail. In the "Cases and Analysis" section, selected cases related to the article are reviewed to deepen understanding. This series focuses on reflecting China's recent mature theories and judicial practices. All content is aligned with the latest laws, regulations, rules, and judicial interpretations, and amendments to relevant laws are clearly stated in the corresponding sections. Additionally, we will update the series promptly based on newly promulgated laws to provide readers with the most current information. When this series was published, we had entered the 21st century. We dedicate this book to our great motherland, to our great era, and to those who have contributed to the development of Chinese law.
