How can male infertility improve?

Patient's question:

I've been married for a year and haven't been able to have my own child yet. My family is getting anxious. My mom always says, "The wife of that year, the child of that year," which makes the wife tired of hearing it. There's no choice but for the wife to have a comprehensive check. The results showed that there was nothing wrong with her, so it's likely that I have infertility. I'd like to ask how to deal with male infertility.

Doctor's answer:

Antimicrobial treatment. Blood tests indicate that infected individuals require antimicrobial treatment, but curing infection does not equate to curing infertility. Treating sexual issues, such as erectile dysfunction and ejaculation dysfunction, can help address infertility. Hormonal treatment. Patients with high or low androgen levels need to have their androgen levels adjusted to normal. For severe testicular sperm maturation dysfunction where conventional treatment cannot stabilize it, or for patients with good testicular sperm maturation function but with scarred or blocked vas deferens, or retrograde ejaculation that cannot be stabilized with conventional treatment, assisted reproductive technologies such as in vitro fertilization can be used for conception.
